Signing Up on the Glenhaven Community Website

If you are a resident of Glenhaven, you can be a member of our community website. Sixes management remains the site for all official HOA business as it has been. This site is to facilitate and coordinate all the activities we have in our community. It will be the main way we create groups and events and notify members and allow them to RSVP if needed.

Emails from the Website

All email communications will come from the site with an email address of noreply@glenhavenws.org. The sender name will be Glenhaven with a second word like Sign-up or RSVP. Site emails are outgoing only, you can't reply to them.

Most emails we get show a friendly name in our inbox but the actual email address it came from is hidden. To be sure you get emails from the site, do not put it in your contacts as that will overwrite the Glenhaven sender name from the site. Do add the site email address to your safe senders list. Different email clients like Gmail, outlook etc. have different processes for doing that. Most allow you to select an email that went to your spam/junk folder and move it in your Inbox and mark it as safe, adding it to your safe senders list.

Signup Process

  1. You'll get an email from a familiar sender like Glenhaven HOA Board or Anne Marie, maybe both so we're sure to reach everyone. That email will announce the launch of the new site and to expect an email from "Glenhaven Sign-up" as mentioned above.
  2. You'll then get an email from "Glenhaven Sign-up". Read through it and if you want to join the site, click the Sign up button at the bottom.
  3. You can decline the invitation by clicking the "No thanks" link and the confirmation page. We certainly hope all residents will join but it is not required.

Please do not mark these emails as spam in your email program. That will put your email on our "Do not send" list prevent us from sending you further emails and it hurts our domain's reputation. We never want to send emails to anyone who does not want them.

On the sign up page, you'll need to enter a username and password. On completion, you'll go to the home page. When you're signed in, you can open the Basics menu in this documentation to guide you through the site.
