Signing Up on the Glenhaven Community WebsiteΒΆ
If you are a resident of Glenhaven, you can be Member of our community website. Sixes management remains the site for all official Glenhaven business as it has been. This site is to facilitate and coordinate all the activities we have in our community. It will be the main way we create groups and events and notify members and allow them to RSVP if needed.
All email communications will come from the site with an email address of noreply@glenhavenws.org. The sender name will be Glenhaven with a second word like Sign-up or RSVP. This is like when you send an email the sender sees Your Name in their inbox event though your email is myemail@gmail.com or any other provider.
The signup process will be in two steps:
- You'll get an email from a sender that you have been receiving emails from in the past for invitations to events, like Anne Marie or HOA Board. That email will announce the launch of the new site and to expect an email from the address mentioned above. Most people have some spam or junk filtering on their email and this new email may go to those folders.
- You'll then get an email from the new site from "Glenhaven Sign-up". Read through it and if you want to join the site, click the Sign up button at the bottom.
Please do not mark these emails as spam in your email program. That will put your email on a spam list and prevent us from sending you further emails and it hurts our domains reputation. We never want to send emails to some who does not want them.
On the sign up page, you'll need to enter a username and password and acknowledge Terms of Use and to receive emails from the site.
When you're signed in, follow the Getting Started instructions to guide you through the site.
